A traditional curved staircase takes you to the second floor where you will find the Master Suite with King bed and Guest Bedroom with its Queen bed. Both the Master Suite and Guest Bedroom have private access to the upper warp around porch, deck and a Gazebo.

The Master Suite, on the second floor, provides a full view overlooking Clifton Waterway, the heated pool spa, gardens, and in the evening, Gulf sunsets over Tiger Tail Beach. Floor to ceiling bookcases, cubbies, flat screen with DirecTV, two sided fireplaces and casual seating ensuite comforts. French doors open onto the wrap around porch. Enjoy your morniing coffee in the Kennedy Rockers, or in the overstuffed wicker seating under the Gazebo.

The Master Bath features a double-headed 5'x 8' two person shower and separate two person soaking jet tub. This unique suite shares a common wall featuring a two faced fireplace, where votive candles can provide a warm, romantic glow.

Just across the upper foyer, is the third guest bedroom. Queen bedded. Full private bath. Direct TV. This room offers it’s own Front Porch Setting and accesss to the Gazebo. Bright and cheery with partial waterway inlet and garden views.

The Main, or First Floor level offer two more generously sized Guest Bedrooms.
The Front Room with its Sea Captains height King size bed, offers views of both the Front and Side gardens while looking off to the Waterway inlets . Direct TV and casual seating. Following the hall onto the next of the Guest Bedrooms. Overlooking Clifton Waterway and private access to the wrap around porch offers your guest a Four Poster Queen bed, flat screen Direct TV and casual seating. Both bedrooms share a large bath with double sink vanity, and a 4’x 7’ walk-in shower with Euro and massage wands.

This sun filled room features a full size Billiard Table, Twin beds, Direct TV, DVD, games, books providing an ideal separate recreation and sleeping area for younger guests (or Peter Pan Adults).

A Direct TV entertainment system and a balcony overlooking the pool~spa provides views to the gardens and Clifton Waterway… again enjoy those sunset.

The Billiard Hideaway also has a work station where you will find the computer, multi task printer, and high-speed internet access. If you’d like, bring your laptop, as we have wireless internet access throughout the bungalow.
The Billiard Hideaway is serviced by the power room and the shared full bath, both on the main level.
An added surprise and great fun. The Outdoor Shower … hidden in a cluster of Palm Trees just off the porch and pool~spa is a great hot and cold running shower. Doesn’t matter the age, we all love it.
