The very secluded, heated Pool and Jacuzzi Spa, outdoor heated shower, lush native Florida Palms, foliage and flowers makes for the most relaxing of venues. You truly unwind. No worries.
The dock with winch and bumpers will accommodate ocean going motor craft with no more than 10’ overall height to clear the bridge access points to the open Gulf, the canals and inlets of Marco and Her Ten Thousand Islands.
Coconuts fall about 1 every 3 weeks …Relax … you’ll be just fine.
If you’re that day trip sailor, you can easily enjoy touring the canals, inlets or the open Gulf … just head to downtown Marco and you rent your Yacht, or Kayak.
Take time to explore. Marco Island is its own natural wild and sea life park. And it's free! Take a wander keeping an eye for our beloved "Hoot" or Burrowing Owls ~Owen and Olivia.
Land Tortoises. The gentle giant, the beloved Manatee. And every now and again you might just capture a photo op as dolphins play just off our dock.

Owen and Olivia reside at the corner of Spinnaker and Blackmore in a little plot that is clearly marked by blue ribbons. As an Endangered and Protected Species, the owls should not be approached. You can see them clearly from the roadway. They love to pose.
Iggy the Iguana
Iggy, our neighborhood 3 foot Iguana, is harmless and will run away when approached. His salad of choice...our Hibiscus. If you see a VERY bright green companion, that would be Iggy's girlfriend, Isie.
TigerTail Beach
We provide a beach cart with chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and other toys. TigerTail Beach is under .3 miles from the house and offers many activities. These include 2 playgrounds, swings, bathrooms, snack bar, and volleyball. The Park Vendor for a small fee can supply you with a selection of small watercrafts so you can enjoy and explore the wild life and inner coastal waterways. There's plenty of great shopping and dining either on Marco, or in Naples (just 25 minutes away). If fishing is your thing, there are many charter companies that can guide you to a great day of fishing!
We do have fishing poles awaiting you in the garage, all you need to do is pick up some live bait, cast right off our dock, and you will be amazed at the great fishing right at your doorstep.
